Celebration of Samhain

I'm sure you're all aware today is Halloween, but many of its common practices stem from the pagan celebration of Samhain. It's a Celtic harvest festival, marking the start of the dark half of the year. If you want to mark the occasion in a special way, then you're in luck! The Beltane Fire Society in Edinburgh are putting on a dazzling display of drumming and dancing right on the Royal Mile, tonight between 9 and 11 PM.
